I will typically arrive a few hours before the ceremony to begin sketching the composition. Depending on the scene to be painted, I may initially set up set up in the ceremony space, or I will set up in the cocktail/reception space.
I do require about 5 minutes to take a reference photo of the pose that the couple would like painted. This will be discussed during our call before the wedding and we will determine the best time to take this photo.
I will typically paint until 30 minutes-1 hour before the end of the reception.
I will take the painting home with me, for completion or any touch ups, and then we will be in touch to coordinate shipping or pick up!

Yes!
Any travel further than one hour from Ardmore, PA will require an additional travel fee. If the drive is over 2.5 hours then hotel accommodations will also be required. When you inquire I will include travel costs in your quote, if applicable.
-
Yes, I do. Some venues require vendors to hold insurance and I can provide a COI if needed.
-
Because I accept a limited number of events per year, early inquiries are encouraged. I sometimes have last minute availability (even a week out!), so you are welcome to inquire at any time that works for you!
-
Nope, I just paint in watercolor! This will mean that your painting will be on paper, not canvas, and will require matting and framing.
-
No worries! I also offer commissions from photographs. You can find my commission inquiry form here.

Please frame your art using an acid-free mat and under high quality UV blocking glass such as museum glass.
Hang the art somewhere out of direct sunlight, and out of damp/hot rooms such as bathrooms and kitchens.
