Live Guest Portraits
Ideal for weddings and events with around 75 guests, if you’d like all guests to receive a portrait during the event. We can absolutely accommodate larger guest counts, too! Remaining portraits are completed in studio.
Live Guest Portraits are priced at $25 per guest. Final quote will vary depending on guest count and location of the event. Pricing includes:
Live guest painting for 4-5+ hours
Approximately 25-30 paintings (~50/60 guests) painted in 5 hours (remaining portraits can be completed in studio)
Portraits painted with professional grade watercolors and ink on 4x6 deckled edge paper
For weddings, a larger, more detailed painting of the couple will be completed after the event
Travel within 1.5 hours of Ardmore, PA (travel fees apply for further venues and will be included in your custom quote)
The cost of supplies, set up/take down, a guest coordinator (who helps to make the process run smoothly and ensure more portraits are completed), shipping/packaging costs for remaining portraits (if applicable), and taxes/fees
Custom pricing is available for events that may not have a dedicated guest count or an unknown guest count, or for guest portraits as entertainment vs favors (not every guest will receive one and there will not be studio completions)

My guest coordinator and I will come to your wedding or event and I will paint live guest portraits in watercolor. These are quick, faceless paintings. Guests will have their photo taken and I will paint from the photo, so no need to pose! Guests can pick up their paintings at the end of the event. For weddings, this typically looks like us setting up prior to the ceremony and being ready to begin at the start of cocktail hour and painting throughout the night.
A 25% retainer is required to secure the date with the remainder due 2 weeks before the event. Payment plan options can be available and a contract and invoices will be sent through Honeybook. At the time of final payment we can adjust the total payment according to the amount of guests who are attending, if needed.
There are additional fees for travel further than 1.5 hours from Ardmore, PA, as well as for certain design elements (such as printed words on the paper or maybe another creative element you come up with!).

It really depends! I can complete one painting in about 5-15 minutes, depending on how many people are included and the level of detail. The average is about 5-6 paintings an hour; about 10-12 guests an hour. We do limit everyone to one portrait per person in order to accommodate as many guests as possible.
Assuming portraits are done in groups of two, I can paint about 50-60 guests during the night.
If your guest count is larger than the amount of paintings that can be painted during the event, the remaining portraits will be completed in studio and then packaged and shipped to you.

Yes! I would love to. I can paint guests at any sized event!

Yes! Any travel within 1.5 hours of Ardmore, PA is included. Anything further will require an additional travel fee. If the drive is over 2.5 hours then hotel accommodations will also be required. When you inquire I will give you a quote for travel expenses, if applicable.

Yes, I do. Some venues require vendors to hold insurance and I can provide a COI if needed.

All we need at the venue is a table with two chairs, and two vendor meals! I will bring everything else that is needed.
