Live Guest Portrait Experience

Guest portraits are hand painted in real time throughout the event. I work from reference photos taken at the event, allowing guests to return to the celebration while their painting takes shape.

All portraits are created using professional grade watercolors and ink on archival paper, selected for longevity. Every decision, from art materials to packaging, is made with the intention that these portraits are cherished keepsakes and will live on long after the event.

Collections

The Guest Portrait Collection

Pricing is based on guest count and travel (if applicable); most couples/hosts invest between $2000-$4000

  • Live guest painting throughout your event, for 4-5+ hours

  • Any portraits that are not completed during the event will be completed in studio and shipped to the hosts

  • Portraits are painted with professional grade watercolors and ink on hand torn 4x6 deckled edge archival paper, and packaged thoughtfully in eco-friendly materials

  • A guest coordinator to assist

  • Paper enhancements available (printed text or images)

The Gallery Collection

This collection adds an additional $350; for the couple that values artistry and collected works

  • Includes the complete Guest Portrait Collection

  • Two additional studio-completed pieces, creating a cohesive body of work ready for display with your 4x6 portrait:

    • 5x7 inch painting of the venue building or landscape

    • 7x10 inch painting of the bouquet/florals

Questions?

  • Guest portraits are created at a relaxed but efficient pace to preserve the quality and artistry of each piece. This ensures every portrait receives the same level of care and attention. We do try our best to complete as many as possible throughout the event, though every celebration is different!

    If any portraits remain once the event ends, they will be completed in studio and shipped to the hosts.

  • Yes! I would love to. I can paint guests at any event.

    All quotes are custom and reflect your unique guest count and event details.

  • Yes!

    Any travel further than one hour from Ardmore, PA will require an additional travel fee. If the drive is over 2.5 hours then hotel accommodations will also be required. When you inquire I will include travel costs in your quote, if applicable.

  • Yes, I do. Some venues require vendors to hold insurance and I can provide a COI if needed.

  • Because I accept a limited number of events per year, early inquiries are encouraged. I sometimes have last minute availability (even a week out!), so you are welcome to inquire at any time that works for you!

  • I think so! That said, it is best suited for those who value artistry and intentional details, and who want their guests to feel celebrated as well. It is designed to feel unhurried and refined, rather than fast or transactional.
