Live Guest Portraits
What’s included in the package:
Live guest painting for 4-5+ hours
Approximately 25-30 paintings (~50/60 guests) painted in 5 hours (remaining portraits can be completed in studio for an additional discounted fee per painting)
Portraits painted with professional grade watercolors and ink on 4x6 deckled edge paper
Design consultation prior to event
For weddings, a larger, more detailed painting of the couple will be completed after the event
Travel within one hour of Ardmore, PA (travel fees apply for further venues)
Pricing includes the cost of supplies, set up/take down, a guest coordinator (who helps to make the process run smoothly and ensure more portraits are completed), and shipping costs for remaining portraits (if applicable)

My guest coordinator and I will come to your wedding or event and I will paint live guest portraits in watercolor. These are quick, faceless paintings. Guests will have their photo taken and I will paint from the photo, so no need to pose! Guests can pick up their paintings at the end of the event.
For weddings and large events there is a flat fee of $2200 for 4+ hours of painting. For example, I can set up and be ready to paint at the start of cocktail hour and for a few hours into the reception.
A $500 retainer is required to secure the date with the remainder due 2 weeks before the event. Payment plans can be available if needed. A contract and invoices will be sent through Honeybook.
There are additional fees for travel further than one hour from Ardmore, PA, as well as for certain design elements (such as printed words or maybe another creative element you come up with!).

It really depends! I can complete one painting in about 5-15 minutes, depending on how many people are included and the level of detail. The average is about 5-6 paintings an hour; about 10-12 guests an hour. Typically, not every guest will ask for a portrait. For example- one wedding we did of 90 guests yielded about 33 paintings. We do try to limit everyone to one portrait per person in order to accommodate as many guests as possible.
Assuming portraits are done in groups of two, I can paint about 50-60 guests during the night.
If your guest count is larger than the amount of paintings that can be painted during the event. the remaining portraits can be completed in studio for an additional discounted fee per portrait and then packaged and shipped to you.

Yes! I would love to. If you are having a smaller event such as a work event, party, or shower, where 4+ hours or 50 guests is too much, reach out for a custom quote!

Yes! Any travel within one hour of Ardmore, PA is included. Anything further will require an additional travel fee. If the drive is over 3 or so hours then hotel accommodations will also be required. When you inquire I will give you a quote for travel expenses, if applicable.

Yes, I do. Some venues require vendors to hold insurance and I can provide a COI if needed.

All we need at the venue is a table with two chairs, and two vendor meals! I will bring everything else that is needed.scription
