Live Guest Portrait Experience
Guest portraits are hand painted in real time throughout the event. I work from reference photos taken at the event, allowing guests to enjoy the celebration.
All portraits are created using professional grade watercolors on 100% cotton paper. Every decision, from art materials to packaging, is made with the intention that these portraits are cherished keepsakes and will live on long after the event.

The Guest Portrait Collection
Pricing is custom for every event and based on guest count and travel (if applicable); most couples/hosts invest between $2000-$4000. I will provide your custom quote after receiving your inquiry form.
Example pricing estimates:
Up to 80 guests- $2000
Up to 120 guests- $2600
Up to 160 guests- $3300
Up to 200 guests - $3900
Micro weddings/events and large guest counts over 200 - let’s talk about pricing!
Includes:
Live guest painting throughout your event, for 4-5+ hours
Any portraits that are not completed during the event will be completed in studio and shipped to the hosts
Portraits are painted with professional grade watercolors on 4x6 inch deckled edge 100% cotton watercolor paper, and packaged thoughtfully in eco-friendly materials
A guest coordinator to assist
Paper enhancements available at an additional cost (printed text or images)
The Gallery Collection
This collection adds an additional $450; for the couple that values artistry and collected works

Two additional studio-completed pieces, creating a cohesive body of work ready for display with your 4x6 portrait:

For weddings, we will arrive 30 minutes-1 hour before the cocktail hour to set up and be ready to start painting when cocktail hour begins. We usually stay until the end of the night.
We will take photos of guests and work from the reference photos, so no one has to wait in line and pose. Portraits are one per guest so that we can accommodate as many guests as possible. We will display the finished paintings throughout the night and guests are free to take them once they’re completed. Any unfinished paintings are completed in studio and shipped to the hosts.

Guest portraits are created at a relaxed but efficient pace to preserve the quality and artistry of each piece. This ensures every portrait receives the same level of care and attention. We do try our best to complete as many as possible throughout the event, though every celebration is different! Typically, 8-12 guests are painted each hour.
If any portraits remain once the event ends, they will be completed in studio and shipped to the hosts.

Yes!
Any travel further than one hour from Ardmore, PA will require an additional travel fee. If the drive is over 2.5 hours then hotel accommodations will also be required. When you inquire I will include travel costs in your quote, if applicable.

Yes, I do. Some venues require vendors to hold insurance and I can provide a COI if needed.

Because I accept a limited number of events per year, early inquiries are encouraged. I sometimes have last minute availability (even a week out!), so you are welcome to inquire at any time that works for you!
